Jubilee flood relief channel
The Environment Agency opened the Jubilee flood relief channel in 2002 as part of the Maidenhead, Windsor and Eton scheme. It diverts some flood flow through an additional channel.
Evaluate a flood channel at catchment scale. A local improvement does not establish that downstream risk has vanished.
